Early Bird Registration

All projects that submit full requirements through our registration system by this date get  a 50% participation fee discount
if they qualify for the finals!

Final Registration
[20 February 2026]

This is the final day to submit full requirements through our registration system.  Full requirements are listed here for each category.

IMPORTANT NOTICE:
We ask the mentors to motivate their students to complete their work earlier. Our registration system experiences a lot of traffic in the last few hours of the final day, which will make document upload extremely difficult and may even crash the site. All this can be avoided by finishing the work just a day earlier!

Online Qualifications Round
[23-26 February 2026]

Our diligent project evaluators will analyse all submitted project documentation and your short video presentations
(not required for the Short Film category) to select BOSEPO finalists.  Incomplete entries will be disqualified automatically. Learn more about the selection of BOSEPO finalists here.

Finalists Announcement
[28 February 2026]

Finalists will be announced on our website and social media!

NOTE: Finalists are usually announced around 19:00 CET. BOSEPO retains the right to delay the announcement for up to a full day if our evaluators need more time to pick the finalists. 

BOSEPO Project Setup Day
[26 March 2026]

The venue will open for project setup at 17:00. All participants should bring scissors and double-sided tape to set up their project stands. Our volunteers will be around to help!
